Visiting this website
When you open a page, your browser sends the usual technical data to our server: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system. The server needs this to deliver the page and keeps it in log files to find errors and fend off attacks. The logs are deleted once they are no longer needed for that, and are never combined with other data. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
The website runs on our own server in Germany.
Stored in your browser
Nothing. This website sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser's storage.
The embedded game
The home page can show the full game in a frame. It stays switched off until you press "Play here". Only then does your browser load the game from game.gustaff.dev, which receives your IP address and browser data, and may show ads by Google AdSense. What the game stores and sends is explained in the game's privacy policy. The legal basis is your consent by pressing the button (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). Closing the game or leaving the page ends it.
Links to other sites
Links to the game, CrazyGames and Fandom are plain links. Nothing is sent to those sites until you follow one. There, their own privacy policies apply.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You can withdraw a consent at any time with effect for the future. Write to the email address above.
You may also complain to a data protection authority, for example the one responsible for us: Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen, ldi.nrw.de.
